Odd result on loan calculation

Hi,

while following the example from the loans section of the guide, trying
to determine how much time would take to repay a loan, I got this
result:



The previous example, determining the monthly payment, gave the exact
results mentioned in the guide, as expected. What am I doing wrong here,
please?
