Problem with Get Quotes

I have a Mac running the lasted OS version and GC 2.6.11.  For the last
several days, when I attempt to download stock prices, it will run for
several minutes with no results. (Sometimes it reports no results and
other times I force it to quit.  After several attempts it will finally
download prices. 

I have no idea how to troubleshoot this issue.  Please help.
