I am attempting to replace Quicken 2013 while it is still not outdated. My
first round of attempts failed so I tried again by setting the program to
run in XP mode, thinking maybe it was a Vista problem. I am working with
Windows Vista, Gnucash 2.6.11, attempting to connect with Advia Credit
union, formerly First Community FCU. I used Quicken settings for the 2016
version, as suggested in another thread (app version 2500, Header version
103). I wasn't able to retrieve accounts, receiving the message, "14:13:50
Saving communication log to /tmp/ofx.log
14:13:50 Sending request...

14:14:02 Operation finished, you can now close this window" so I entered
one manually, a checking account. My User settings are:
User name: my name as it appears on bank account
User ID: The acct# used to log in to one of my accounts
Bank Settings:
Bank name: First Community Federal Credit Union (MI) (Now Advia Credit
Union) (taken from the quicken ofx.log
FID: 7120
ORG: Advia Credit Union (as shown on quicken log)
Server URL:
https://cm.netteller.com/login2008/Authentication/Views/Login.aspx?fi=1stcomm&bn=fbecbddd369f3ea2&burlid=2c80ca5f14ba73cc
(as shown on quicken log

I set up account with same acct#/ID as user, settings are:
Account number: same as above
Account name: same as above
Owner name: my name as appears on account
Currency: set to usd but keeps changing to Euro
Account type: Checking
Country: United States of America (US)
Bank code: 272483633 (this is routing number)
Bank name: First Community FCU now Advia Credit Union (as shown on quicken
log)
Selected user: (the user created above)

When I attempt to download transactions the message is,

The ofx log reads like an html document, title "error" and says "We're
sorry. While processing your request, we encountered a system-related
error. Your request was not processed. If this error persists, please
contact support. Error Code: d82aa81d-7c37-4551-9521-268d898fe1c1

If I change the url to https://cm.netteller.com I get the same message and
log says:
