Online Banking imports

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the GNUCash world. I'm fairly certain there is a straight 
forward solution to the following problem, but I haven't found anything 
on the GNUCash mail list archives.

I just setup my import online banking accounts, and everything seems to 
work fine, up until I import the balance.

When I do this, it imports two copies of each transaction. I've tried 
looking into duplicate transactions, but I think this is different.

Any help, please?
