GnuCash could not complete a critical test for the presence of a bug in the "libdbi" library.

I have filed a bug for this at https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?
id=762746 but it remains unresolved so i thought i would ask here to
see if anyone has any suggestions.

I want to migrate to sqlite but when i try to save as sql I get this
error:

my disk is not full. in fact i have 128G available in my home dir which
is where i want to save it.
