Please remember to copy the list on all replies.
It depends on your bank. If you've been downloading files from the bank's website and importing them into quicken then you can do the same with GnuCash. If you've been using Quicken Direct Connect where you start a transfer and then provide your password you can do that with GnuCash, too. If log in to the bank's website and initiate a transfer that Quicken magically notices, then GnuCash can't do that and you'll need to download the file and import it manually.
