Hi,

Your message and images don't convey very clearly what you are trying to achieve exactly 
and as of when it started to go wrong.

So here are a few additional questions that may help us help you:

- Which operating system are you using ?
- Did it work in gnucash 2.4 and not anymore in gnucash 2.6.x ?
- The reports you are trying to open, are they newly created reports (by using for example 
Reports->Business->Customer Summary) or saved report configurations you are trying to 
reopen ?
- Can you post the contents of the trace file [1] ?
