Error opening file: No such file or directory

Hi,
I have been trying to get to open my old reports before doing an upgrade
from version 2.4 series. I am not able to get reports loaded even if I try
to install various different versions of gnucash. What am I missing?
Currently on version 2.6.11 and getting the same error.

Kindly assist need to send some reports.
