Installing Online price retrevial

Frankly, my skill set is failing me here, although it's not all that 
great to begin with.
I've loaded Gnucash onto my HP laptop running Win 10. Have managed to 
load ActivePERL. Now comes the question.

 From what I can glean from the user manual. I have to go to the "Start" 
menu to load the Online Price Retrieval Module.  That's obviously not on 
my Account Screen. Am I correct in interpreting this as going back to 
the GnuCash Web Page and beginning the download of Gnucash from the 
beginning?  Do I reinstall the entire Gnucash program picking the price 
retrieval as on option or  can I just download the option?
