Hi John,

That refers to the old Windows Start Menu, to run the relevant GC helper 
program.  I don't use windows, so although I believe that MS has done away 
with the Start menu in recent versions, I don't know what the replacement is 
called / or how you get "all programs".

Maybe a pointer in the right direction for you.... I'm pretty sure that you 
don't need to download GC again, the bundle contains all the helpers, AFAIK.
