Installing Online price retrevial

John/Maf,

Yes the Windows Start Menu is still alive and well in Windows 10 :-)

Left click on the start menu icon - left most icon on the bottom left of
the taskbar that looks like the windows symbol and then click on the all
apps entry in the menu that pops up which should then popup a list of all
apps installed in alphabetic order. Scroll down to G and click the GnuCash
folder entry to expand the GnuCash menu items. Click on the "Install Online
Price Retrieval" menu item to install it.

On another note, no need to install Active Perl as the Install Online Price
Retrieval process will install Strawberry Perl if it can't find Perl
already installed. I find this easier than mucking around with Active Perl
which I uninstalled long ago unless you are intending using Active Perl
specifically for something other than GnuCash price retrieval.

On yet another note you can configure the start menu to start in either the
default bottom left corner mode OR full screen mode which I find quite
helpful when you have lots of apps installed. Go to Settings >>
Personalization >> Start and toggle the "Use Start full screen" setting if
you want to change this behaviour.

Cheers Dave H.
