Entering cash-back purchases

To me, this would involve entering one split transaction of the form

1/25/2016 Joe's Country Store
    Debit Expenses:Food $1.75
    Debit Assets:Cash $20
    Credit Assets:CheckingAccount $21.75

This reflects that you charged $21.75 on your debit card, and got $1.75 in
Pepsi and $20 in cash.
