I don't know what hbci-tool-4 is, nor much at all about HBCI. AQBanking doesn't have parts, it's a single library. It has a dependency, libgwenhyfar, and an optional component, libchipcard. The latest stable versions (about a year old) of libaqbanking and libgwenhywfar are included in Gnucash.app. Libchipcard isn't because GnuCash's AQBanking integration doesn't use it; I don't think we have any contributors ATM who would know how to add it.
Perhaps once this hits the user list someone with more in-depth knowledge of HBCI will offer more help.
