In general it's considered impolite to email developers directly with
questions.  I have forwarded your message to the appropriate place, the
gnucash-user mailing list.  Please keep follow-ups there.

There are many people who have spent time working on pretty-ifying
invoices; hopefully one of them can help you.  Most likely the easiest
to update would be the Tax Invoice (e-guile) template, but it depends
what exactly you want to do.
