No. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
I am presently running 2.4.15 (under CentOS 6). I "upgraded" from (I think)
2.2.<mumble> under CentOS 5 when I upgraded my machines from CentOS 5 to
CentOS 6.
Unless there is some "feature(s)" of a newer version that you *must have*,
there is generally no need to upgrade.
