Hi,

I haven't crunched any numbers to test this out,  but I should have thought 
that 13% of  inc-vat price when you only know ex-vat  would be a formula 
something like:

FlatRateTaxDue = Nett x 1.2 x 0.13  (take nett, add 20% then find 13%)
