Hi Terri,

It works for me - but only if the "set True" thing is selected - on my screen 
it has to be all in blue - if I click it and the blue highlight goes, then 
yes, I agree, it is broken.

YMMV, of course. (GC 2.6.11 on OpenSUSE 42.1 / KDE)
