Lost the Increase column

Thanks for that - can't be sure I 2xclicked specifically on the divider.
What I eventually did was create a new account, deleted the problem account
and elected to copy all transactions to the new account. Fortunately the
columns there were standard.

You can try double-clicking on the divider between in the column headers
where you expect the Increase column to appear. That usually restores it.
