modifying invoice.scm in gnucash 2.6.11

I upgraded from 2.6.4 to 2.6.11.  I modified invoice.scm in c:\program
files\gnucash\share\gnucash\guile-modules\gnucash\report.

I tested it by changing the column lablel.  But it did not take any effect.  
Is it the correct path?   Does 2.6.11 look for invoice.scm in a different
directory?
