sales report

Hi,
I need to check the 1099s received from my clients against my accounting,
so I thought of printing a sales report by client for 2015.
The Report option "Customer Summary" gives me 4 columns: Profit, Markup
Sales, Expense - I could use just the numbers under Sales, no problem. The
issue is that the last customer is "No Customer" and I cannot figure out
from where this line came from.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
