Whatever the balance is (probably from the last statement) just before
the time of the first transaction you are entering on GC. Usually
this will be from the time of a bank statement. Don't worry if you
are not certain what this is when you create the account, you can
correct it later, as it appears in the accounts just like any normal
transaction.
