TROUBLE WITH DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWL COLUMNS

checked both of these caps lock key not on. As far as the reverse balanced accounts it was marked credit accounts so I checked none and it is still doing it so I tried income and expense and it is still reversing them. Any other ideas? thanks,Kim

You did not give any details so we can only guess at this point.  The
easiest way to see everything reverse almost instantly is to switch to a
liability account view instead of an asset account.

I, too, most highly suspect the caps lock key.
After that, I would check Edit > Preferences > Accounts > Reverse Balanced Accounts.
