Chris,

In the Considerations point number 3 just above Table 9.4 you state that
the automatic scrubbing will not work correctly if older (closing)
transactions (my paraphrase) combine the sale and the value adjustment for
the capital gain into one transaction.  The examples at the beginning
describes doing exactly that. If that is correct, perhaps the examples
should be annotated with that caveat and a reference to tables 9.4 and 9.5
given.
