Adding Permanent Note

If what you put in the notes is the same each time you could setup the
invoice the way you want then save the report configuration.  Then the
next time you need an invoice use the configuration you saved to start. 
I just verified that notes are saved at least on gnucash 2.6.6 Linux
Fedora 21.
