Reconciliation vs balance assertions

Hi Derek,
I did try to chase this down. Apparently in all 2.6 releases this is broken. This is what I get:
When modifying a non-reconciled other split it warns me that this might mess up reconciliation
I then accept to change for the rest of the session
Now it will not warn me any more even when I change the reconciled split of the transaction
This is easy to reproduce with a new empty file. I am sure there was no warning about changing non-reconciled splits in 2.4 and it worked as you described then.
