White screen when trying to open file with 2.6.16 on Windows 10

Hi,

After upgrading to 2.6.16 when I try to start gnucash it hangs with a
white screen instead of loading the gnucash file.

Downgrading to 2.6.15 fixes the issue.


I'm using Windows 10.

Any ideas what could be the issue? Anything worth trying?
