A bank error I don't know how to fix

Thanks very much, David — however, it was not a personal account, it is for my religious organization. Should I enter it as a contribution from the bank? Or, as a credit against bank charges?
What do you suggest? It isn’t really a contribution but something else….

If they don't, you can consider it a gift and put it under an account called "Income:Gift to Me" or similar so that you don't need to pay tax on it. That is what I would do.
