How to Import Stock Transactions

I'm not sure why QIF export would require two-factor auth.  QIF is
generally a download-based file format.  Do you, perhaps, mean OFX or
QFX?

Are you sure you can't download a QIF or OFX file?

Maybe write a script to convert the CSV to QIF?
