Locking transactions after a reconcile?

When you use the reconcile feature reconciled transactions get an "R" in
the reconciled column. Thereafter, any attempt to change that split line
will trigger a warning that you are changing a reconciled transaction.

There are a couple of caveats: One, you are allowed to stop such warnings
either indefinitely or for the rest of the current session. If you forget
that you did that you may shoot yourself in the foot later.

Two, the warning only applies to split lines containing the "R" status.
Thus other lines in the transaction have a lower level of protection. That
essentially means that in split lines marked "n" or "c" amounts and
descriptions can be changed without triggering any warning. If an account
is changed in those lines there will be a warning if there is another line
in the transaction having "R" status, there is a warning, if I recall
correctly. I do not have the program running on this particular computer,
so I cannot verify all the details right now.

Worse, there are some cases where, after the warning appears, it is already
too late to cancel the edit and return to the state before starting the
edit. I am not sure exactly what cases lead to this problem, but I think
it may happen with descriptions in split lines or even the second line of
the base transaction.
