I used 'Most Recent' for both reports. Is that a problem?

All my investments are currently held, there are none that are not 
active and updated daily.

I am talking about accounts that contain CASH (not invested), those 
accounts are not included in the report. I have several in my portfolio 
of investments. For example Investments:Retirement:IRA:Cash
