How To Stop GnuCash from Saying It Cannot Find a Specific File

This isn't a bug, it's working correctly as designed, although I agree it
could be handled a bit more elegantly.

And from my point of view, a very small inconvenience that most people will
never hit.  Far down on the "ToDo" list IMHO.
