Expense Piechart report gives misleading results

I've done some limited tests and it appears that setting the "Show
Accounts until level" to 6, at least for my chart of accounts" provides
complete expense totals.  Now if you had more than 6 levels of accounts
I'd guess that your totals would be missing those expenses at levels
greater than 6.
