German bank listed twice and no Server URL specified -> Integration into GNUcash possible?

Dear list,

I was trying to set up online banking with my local German bank which is 
"Sparkasse Gifhorn-Wolfsburg" which comes up twice when doing a search 
for the Bankleitzahl (branch sort code) which is 26951311.

I also noticed that no server URL has been specified but I called their 
banking hotline who gave it to me.

HBCI-Chipcard -

Bank uses HBCI version 3.0

I have been notified that this issue relates more to Aqbanking but how 
can I reach them?
