This is presumably the autobackup from last time you ran. You won't want
it at all unless you need to revert to that version (and redo subsequent
changes).
You should rename the first one (with the plain name). Then when you next
run Gnucash, it will complain that it can't find it, and you can open it
explicitly, after which it will be remembered.
