Transaction report v account report

Thanks Adrian, tried using the filter section but doesn't seem to change
anything, as mentioned, the additional categories are not highlighted but
some still appear so possibly a bug there somewhere.

Whilst writing, would it be possible to consider using report names within
the report as the saved name report automatically and vice versa?
