You can either get it from the gnucashuser mailing list archive at
https://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user/2017-March/069563.html
which seems to be the latest version of the transaction report that Doug
created.

If you read either posting you will see it includes an explanation of the
changes to the report and the last paragraph explains how to install it.
