New Account druid allows you to choose transaction *time*

Hi all I'll be brief, not sure if this is a bug or an undeveloped feature.

New Account > Opening Balance allows you to specify the time of the
transaction. Would this be something a developer thought would be useful
one day? Or just a silly bug?
