You should be able to import QFX assuming GnuCash ignores headers it
doesn't understand.  Otherwise just edit the file and remove the
proprietary headers and the rest of the file is just OFX.

Note you may need to perform a global search and replace to convert
ampersands into "&" (no quotes).
