Yes it doesn't exist until you you copy/move it there :-) Working for me
with the exact same setup - Win 10, GnuCash 2.6.15
Copy the files as advised and then start up GnuCash. You'll then see
additional entries on the Reports dropdown menu
Reports >> Other >> Income and Expense Statement
Reports >> Other >> Profit and Loss Statement
Reports >> Transaction By Payee Report
It doesn't affect the existing Transaction Report which is unchanged I
believe so don't run that expecting it to look different.
