gnucash crashes during csv import - what's the approved csv formats?

Worked fine for me just now. Note that you can have only one date column, so the other one will be ignored. Make sure that you set the date order and currency format to match what's in the file and to set the "starting at" row to 2 at the top of the dialog box so that the importer doesn't try to parse the headings.
