What's the best way to handle PayPal?

Yes I am aware that I need only balance affecting transactions and that 
the paypal QIF(USD) is not suitable. I found Lloyds converter a couple 
of days ago. I had some issues with the conversion relating to eBay 
transactions (Creating a new account for each buyer/seller) I've 
forwarded Lloyd a the relevant CSV to work out the kinks but in the mean 
time I've corrected them manually which was an even more tedious chore 
than accounting. I would also prefer to use the off-line version and 
I've requested that those changes be reflected in that version too.
