However I will say that BEFORE filing a bug report it might make sense 
for somebody to write to the list about a problem that they suspect 
MIGHT be a bug. Something along the lines of "I have encountered a 
problem doing thus and so. Are other people encountering this problem or 
is it just me?" << in which case unlikely the problem is a bug >> I 
think many are a bit too quick to assume that something not working for 
them is a bug as opposed t an error in work flow.
