GnuCash does not currently have a payroll module.  Implementing
something would be a lot of work and would necessarily require constant
upkeep and locale-specific data as local rules and taxes change year to
year.  The best we could do would be a framework where you plug in all
your values, but even building that framework would require a lot of
effort.  Alas, nobody has offered to donate that effort, yet.
