GnuCash skips lines with identical dollar amounts during bank statement import

I’m pretty sure Todd is experiencing the behavior in:

Bug 653715 <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=653715>


The matcher does poorly if there exist multiple transactions already in the register that have the same dollar amount for each transaction and the incoming import data also has matching transactions for more than one of those identical-amount transactions.
