F::Q 1.40 uploaded

Hi Rosid,

It's been working fine for me.  What version of of F:Q are you using?

I use Activestate Perl, so I can find the version with:  *ppm query
finance-quote*

I did have to manually upgrade as Activestate is still on v1.38.
