1. Are you saving to a mysql database on purpose?
2. If so, have you got a mysql server running on the pc?
3. Are you specifying 127.0.0.1 in the save dialog, or localhost?
4. Have you tried connecting to the database using the mysql command
line to check that the user (root) and password that you are putting
in the dialog are correct?
