Drew,

As I understand it, there is no facility to customize the toolbars in GnuCash, since the underlying toolkit, gtk, doesn’t offer it. At least, that is what I was told when I asked a similar question a couple of years back.

Sorry. As Derek noted, patches to enable this would be welcomed.
