You just copy the file (if you are using the standard [compressed] XML file)
to the USB drive or upload it to the cloud. Nothing partitularly "magical"
there. Your reports and preferences are in your ~.gnucash folder (Linux). Or
someplace similar for MS-Windows or MacOSX.
