[GNC] Gnucash 2.6.21 for macOS Intel lacks DeveloperID signature

The macOS  app release found in 'Gnucash-Intel-2.6.21-1.dmg' (sha256 8fc8e5186f9939abe041b224ddaaac295ff7ae88b8210be456c0c6e2df19fc8a)lacks the typical Developer ID code signature.
Is this intentional? 
Also, the github links lead to 404 errors...
