[GNC] Missing Transaction

Hi David, and thanks for a quick reply.

I am running GnuCash v3.0, git3.0+, build 2018-4-01; Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
v1709.

In gnucash I simply did Actions/Online Actions/Get Transactions, specified
a date, and it downloaded 12 of 13 transactions that the bank had which
were dated after the last date in the imported GIF file.

Once I saw that I was missing a transaction I started Quicken and
downloaded transactions into it just for comparison. Quicken had all 13
transactions.

Today I again used the Gnucash Get Transactions. There was only one new
transaction and it downloaded properly. This is certainly not a show
stopper and I think GnuCash is great, but it is worrysome.
